Digital Product Delivery
Since all our products are digital downloads, no physical items will be shipped. After successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased files directly on the order confirmation page and via email.
You can download your design templates anytime — no waiting for delivery!
Delivery Time
Your files are available immediately after payment confirmation.
In rare cases (such as internet delays or email filtering), delivery may take up to 1 hour. If you haven’t received your download link within that time, please contact us at umaimas703@gmail.com and we’ll resend it promptly.
How to Access Your Purchase
After completing your order:
You’ll receive an email with a secure download link.
Click the link to instantly download the pdf file to your Canva template or digital file.
If you have an account on our website, you can also access your downloads anytime under My Account → Downloads.
No Physical Shipping
Please note: We do not ship printed or physical items. All products are delivered digitally in Canva or downloadable file formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).
